1995-1997 - Accounting and Trade College of the Aktobe regional Consumer Union, Accounting, control and analysis of economic activity.
1997-1999-Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, Finance and credit.
2010-2012.- Kazakh-Russian International University, Law.
From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a leading specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the Aktobe region.
From 2009 to 2022, he held various positions, from expert to Director of the Asset Management Department of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2023, he worked as the head of the Control and Claim Work Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since March 2023, he has been appointed Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Astana.
