Kulumbaev Rustam Alimkhanovich

Born in the city of Shemonaikha, Shemonaikha region, East Kazakhstan region on May 23, 1986. Nationality - Kazakh. In 2008 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev with a degree in Land Surveyor.

She has been working in the executive authorities of the district since November 2010 - as a chief specialist of the department of construction, architecture and urban planning of the Shemonaikha district. Since January 2012, by way of transfer, he was appointed deputy akim of the Ust-Talovka village of the Shemonaikha district. From August to December 2014, he worked as akim of the Pervomaisky village of the Shemonaikha region.From May 2015 to July 2021 he worked as deputy akim of Shemonaikha city. Since August 2021, he has been appointed to the post of akim of Razinsky rural district of Shemonaikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region
