Kalizhanov Bagdat Ualievich
Head of the Treasury Department for the city of Аstana of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
Kalizhanov had served in Byelorussian SSR missile forces from 1984 to 1986. In 1989, he graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy with a Bachelor degree in finance and credit. In 2004, he got also a Bachelor degree in jurisprudence at the Academy of Economics and Law. He has a Master's degree in economics from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations.
He began his career in 1989 as an auditor-inspector of the tax group at Frunze regional tax organization. For 8 years he had worked as an inspector, deputy head of department, head of the tax inspection at Frunze and Medeu regional tax organizations in Almaty.
Kalizhanov served as a chairman of Almaty City Tax Committee and Pavlodar Regional Tax Committee from 1998 to 2002. Those years he also worked as a chairman at the Ministry of State Duma of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He had worked as a finance director, deputy chairman of the Board at Kazteleradio CJSC from 2002 to 2004. In 2004 he started his job as a chairman of the Information Technology Park Tax Committee in Almaty.
From 2011 to 2013 B. Kalizhanov had served as a head of the Zhetisu regional Interregional Department of The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan inTaldykorgan. In addition, he had experience in working with Insolvent Debtors in Almaty.
From 2013 to 2014 he had been a head of the Department for rehabilitation and bankruptcy of the Tax Department in Almaty; head of the FR-2 Department of the Almaty Department of the financial monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 18, 2014 to September 18, 2015 he had worked as a director of Almaly City Regional Department of Treasury of The Committee of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 18, 2015, B. Kalizhanov has been working as a head of The Department of Treasury in Almaty City.
Since June 28. 2021 head of The Treasury Department for the city of Nur-Cultan of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
