Biography
Konashov Yergali Onalbayevich was born on March 21, 1977 in the city of Zharkent, Panfilov district, Taldykorgan region. In 1997, he graduated from Taldykorgan Industrial and Pedagogical College with a degree in mechanics.
He began his career in 2001 as a teacher of physical culture at the secondary school.Sadyr of the Panfilov district. In 2001, he entered the Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov at the correspondence department, majoring in physical education and physical culture. From 2007 to 2012, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Panfilov district. Since 2012, he has been working as the head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Panfilov district.
