Biography
Naimantayev Zhumagazy Nurakhmetovich was born on January 23, 1960 in the village of Taldy, Panfilov district. 1982-1988 graduated from the Institute of Agriculture of the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in agricultural science.
His career began in 1976 as a taxi driver of the Zhambyl collective farm
1978-1980. service in the Red Army in the city of Blagoveshchensk.
