The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the posting of the draft order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules for Allocating Quantitative Restrictions (Quotas) on the Import of Spark-Ignition Spark Plugs Originating from the People's Republic of China Among Foreign Trade Participants" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Order) on the official website and on the "Open Regulatory Legal Acts" web portal.

    The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the placement of the draft order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Approval of the Rules for the Distribution of Quantitative Restrictions (Quotas) for the Import of Spark Plugs Originating from the People's Republic of China among Foreign Trade Participants» (hereinafter – the Draft Order) on the official internet resource and on the «Open NLA» internet portal.

    The Draft Order has been developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Regulation of Trade Activities», subparagraph 5) of Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Special Protective, Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Measures in Relation to Third Countries» and Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 7, 2026 No. 46 «On the Application of an Anti-Dumping Measure through the Introduction of an Anti-Dumping Duty in Respect of Spark Plugs Originating from the People's Republic of China and Imported into the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union».

    The main purpose of the Draft Order is the distribution of quantitative restrictions (quotas) for the import of spark plugs originating from the People's Republic of China among foreign trade participants.
