
As part of the National Trainers Training Program and with the aim of putting newly acquired knowledge and experience into practice, Major of Justice Sh. Medetova, an inspector-polygraph examiner of the Personnel Division, conducted a training session for employees of the correctional institution and the Probation Service on the topic "Psychological Resilience and De-escalation."
During the training, participants were introduced to effective stress management techniques, methods for preventing professional burnout, approaches to developing emotional intelligence, de-escalation strategies for conflict situations, and ways to maintain psychological resilience under challenging circumstances.
The primary objective of the training was to strengthen the psychological well-being of employees, enhance their emotional resilience, and support the effective performance of their official duties.
Similar training sessions will continue to be organized in the future, with the aim of promoting employees' psychological health and fostering a positive moral and psychological climate within the workplace.
