
An operational meeting was held at the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the Aktobe Region to review the results of its service activities for the first half of 2026.
The meeting was attended by the department's leadership, heads of structural divisions and subordinate institutions, a veteran of the penal enforcement system, and a representative of Military Unit 6655 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, participants conducted a comprehensive analysis of the results of operational and service activities. They also reviewed issues related to compliance with detention regulations, ensuring security, strengthening service discipline and the rule of law, as well as organizing educational and preventive work.
Particular attention was paid to the implementation of assigned tasks, improving the effectiveness of the department's units, and enhancing the quality of official duty performance. Specific instructions were issued to managers in each area of responsibility, and priority objectives for the second half of 2026 were identified.
At the conclusion of the meeting, veterans of the penal enforcement system shared their many years of professional experience, emphasizing the importance of continuity between generations, preserving the best traditions of service, maintaining a high sense of responsibility among personnel, and ensuring strict compliance with legislation and service discipline. Participants noted that only through coordinated and united efforts can the effectiveness of the region's penal enforcement system continue to improve.
