A training session aimed at improving the skills of employees of the Probation Service of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for Aktobe Region in using an information platform was organized.
During the event, participants were introduced to the main capabilities of the information platform, as well as the procedures for using its functional tools and ways to apply them effectively in their professional activities.
As part of the training, employees gained practical experience in using the platform’s key functions and discussed various situations that may arise in the course of their work. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and receive relevant answers.
The information session was aimed at improving employees’ digital literacy, promoting the effective use of modern information resources, and enhancing the quality of their professional duties.
