A joint meeting of the standing commissions of the Almaty Regional Maslikhat on agriculture, land relations, veterinary affairs and ecology, as well as on religion, languages, interethnic relations and domestic policy, was held.
The meeting considered and comprehensively discussed the following issues:
- Information on the volume of subsidy financing and the progress of their implementation for 2025;
- Implementation of the livestock development plan in the Almaty Region for 2022–2026;
- Progress in implementing the Concept for the Development of Language Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023–2029;
- Implementation of the roadmap for the legalization of unregistered and under-construction mosques under the jurisdiction of the regional Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan;
- Report on ongoing projects aimed at improving the religious education of imams.
Proposals were heard on all agenda items, and opinions were expressed aimed at making appropriate decisions.
