A republican seminar on the topic “Effective Planning of Budget Funds within the Framework of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev” was held in the Aktobe Region.
The event was attended by chairpersons of maslikhats from all regions of the country. Deputy of the Almaty Regional Maslikhat and Chairman of the Standing Committee BolatZhan Nurbekov also took part in the seminar.
The purpose of the seminar was not only to ensure the effective use of budget funds in accordance with modern requirements but also to strengthen transparency and accountability at all stages of the budget process. The participants discussed improving the regional financial control system, applying expert approaches to budget planning, as well as enhancing citizen participation in the budget process and public oversight.
Following the event, participants exchanged experience and developed specific proposals and an action plan for introducing new approaches to budget planning and ensuring their sustainable implementation in the future.
