In order to ensure equal access to legal information, promote an inclusive environment, and enhance legal literacy, official audio versions of the country's fundamental legal acts have been developed in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
The audio versions were prepared in accordance with a request from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and include:
• The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted in the national referendum on March 15, 2026;
• The Constitutional Law 'On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan'.
Enhancing Accessibility of Legal Information
The primary objective of this initiative is to create conditions for citizens to seamlessly familiarize themselves with the country's constitutional legislation, regardless of physical capabilities or information consumption preferences.
The availability of the English audio version opens new opportunities for international audiences, foreign experts, and diplomatic missions to gain in-depth insights into Kazakhstan's foundational legal principles and the framework governing the Constitutional Court's activities.
