On October 23, a celebratory concert titled "Rukhy biik Qazaqstan!" ("Kazakhstan — A Pinnacle of the Spirit!") was held at the district House of Culture.

The festive program began with a vibrant prologue dedicated to the history of our country, its vast expanses, the people’s yearning for freedom, and the value of independence. A solemn highlight was the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
District Akim Kaisar Murzhakupov addressed his fellow residents with a congratulatory speech. In recognition of their diligent work, professionalism, and significant contributions to the district’s socio-economic development, individuals from various sectors were presented with Certificates of Honor from the Akim of the Kostanay Region, the head of the regional department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, and the District Akim.
A particularly touching moment of the ceremony was the presentation of keys to new apartments to three large families. This significant event served as a symbol of care for families, support for the younger generation, and a commitment to a prosperous future.
The audience was treated to a concert featuring local artistic groups and soloists. Patriotic songs, traditional and contemporary dances, and performances on the dombra celebrated our native land, the unity of its people, and the spirit of friendship and harmony.
Each performance served as a declaration of love for Kazakhstan—a nation with a rich history, a great heritage, and a bright future.
