In observance of the Republic Day of Kazakhstan, Public Service Centers (PSCs)—including specialized Public Service Centers (specialized PSCs)—will be closed on Monday, October 26.
However, Saturday, October 24, will be a working day for designated "on-duty" PSCs and specialized PSCs. On this day, PSCs will be open to the public from 9:00 to 13:00. Specialized PSCs will accept applications from 9:00 to 12:00, with document issuance available until 13:00.
Please note that the operating hours for Public Service Centers in the East Kazakhstan Region begin and end one hour earlier than the standard schedule.
Starting October 27, all PSCs and specialized PSCs will resume their regular operating hours.
An up-to-date list of the PSCs and specialized PSCs that will be on duty can be found on the State Corporation’s official Instagram page, or by calling 1414.
