The Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued Order No. 499 dated October 5, 2026, repealing Orders No. 237 dated May 15, 2026, and No. 386 dated August 3, 2026, which regulated the import from third countries into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of certain types of construction materials, including cement, paving stones, paving slabs made of natural stone, and worked stone for monuments or construction purposes.
When carrying out customs operations, it is necessary to take into account that the established import restrictions have been lifted effective October 17, 2026.
