What Foreign Trade Participants Need to Know
For participants in foreign trade, this means that it is necessary not only to determine the correct commodity code but also to verify the intended use of the goods, the mode of transport, and compliance with the established exceptions.
Particular attention should be paid to legislative amendments, as the lists of prohibited and restricted goods, the duration of the measures, and the conditions for applying exceptions may change.
