Seminar-Meeting with Representatives of the Department of State Revenue, the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court, and Administrators of East Kazakhstan Region

The Department of State Revenue of East Kazakhstan Region, in cooperation with the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of East Kazakhstan Region, held a seminar-meeting chaired by K.K. Koishinov, Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenue of East Kazakhstan Region, and T.T. Turgambaev, Chairman of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of East Kazakhstan Region.

The meeting was attended by judges, administrators involved in rehabilitation and bankruptcy proceedings, and representatives of the Department of State Revenue of East Kazakhstan Region.

During the meeting, the participants discussed current issues relating to the application of legislation on rehabilitation and bankruptcy, as well as challenges arising in law enforcement practice. Particular attention was paid to improving the effectiveness of cooperation between government authorities and the judicial system and developing consistent approaches to resolving emerging issues.

Following the meeting, the participants emphasized the importance of further strengthening interagency cooperation.
