TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF HEAT SUPPLY
Kostanay Heat and Power Company, a municipal state-owned enterprise under the Akimat of Kostanay, informs residents that due to repair work to eliminate a defect in the above-ground heating network, heat supply will be temporarily restricted on October 13, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the following six apartment buildings:
Affected addresses:
- Tauelsizdik Street: Buildings No. 161, 163, and 165;
- Al-Farabi Avenue: Buildings No. 134, 136, and 138.
