At around 8:30 p.m., while patrolling Munayshy Park in Zhanaozen, servicemen of Military Unit 5548 of the “Batys” Regional Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan found an unattended child and helped reunite the child with the parents.
Patrol commander Private Yerdaulet Bazarbay and patrolmen Privates Yernaz Yespusinov and Yesbolat Bolysbek noticed a child in the park who was without adult supervision and took the necessary measures to ensure the child’s safety. The servicemen identified the parents and safely handed the child over to them.
Thanks to the Guardsmen’s vigilance, the situation was brought under control in a timely manner. Their responsible approach to duty helped ensure the minor’s safety and enabled the child to return to the family as quickly as possible.
During their daily duties, Guardsmen assist citizens in a variety of situations. During the first six months of this year, National Guard servicemen carried out more than 1,300 public-order tasks.
