According to Order No. 786 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 2025, 12 republican monitoring enterprises are registered in East Kazakhstan region: Kazzinc LLP; Vostoktsvetmet LLP; Orica-Kazakhstan JSC; Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC; Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Plant JSC; Ulba-TVS LLP; Altyn Shyghys LLP; OblShyghysZhol LLP; Ust-Kamenogorsk CHPP; Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant JSC; United Energy Service Company LLP; AK NIET GROUP LLP.
For the 8 months of 2026, tax payments received by the State Budget from the aforementioned enterprises amounted to 148.8 billion tenge, of which 22.8 billion tenge went to the Local Budget and 126.0 billion tenge to the Republican Budget, taking into account the VAT refund amount at the "0" rate to the taxpayer's bank account in the amount of 31.4 billion tenge.
The share of revenues from enterprises under republican monitoring in the total revenue of the State Budget for the region is 39.1%, including 15.9% for the Local Budget and 53.1% for the Republican Budget.
The growth rate of tax payments from republican monitoring enterprises for the 8 months of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 for the State Budget was 179.4%, or an increase of 65.9 billion tenge; for the Republican Budget, it was 225.7%, or an increase of 70.2 billion tenge.
