The Department of State Revenues in the East Kazakhstan Region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby informs that, pursuant to Order No. 326 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 01, 2026, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 02, 2026 under №. 39803, a ban has been introduced until and including December 31, 2026 on the import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by all modes of transport, from third countries and member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, of all types of apples classified under commodity subheading 0808 10 of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for:
1) the transportation of apples in transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the movement of goods from the territory of one Member State of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of another Member State of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provided that the destination of the goods is not the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) apples placed under the customs procedure for export in the country of dispatch before the date of entry into force of this Order, subject to:
the submission of an export declaration for the goods, as well as transport documents confirming the dispatch of the said goods before the date of entry into force of this Order, and, in cases where the goods are transported under the customs procedure of customs transit, a transit declaration;
3) apples actually imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan before the date of entry into force of this Order, including apples located in temporary storage facilities, subject to the submission of documents confirming the actual importation of the said goods into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
