Job Title:
Chief specialist of the department of organizational and control work of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of Zhaksynsky district of Akmola region" category "E-4," 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Provides technical equipment for meetings, meetings, reporting meetings held with the participation of the akim of the district. Records working and hardware meetings with the participation of the district akim. Prepares and presents materials on visits and working trips of the akim of the district to settlements. Prepares materials for the meeting of the akimat of Akmola region and other regional meetings. Monitors the execution of orders of the akim of the district. Timely and efficiently performs control documents.
Requirements for bidders: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and professional education is allowed if there is at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in the fields, corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of a given category, in the field of pedagogical sciences or arts and humanities or business, administration and law or social sciences, journalism and information or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics or information and communication technologies or engineering, manufacturing and construction industries or agriculture and bioresources or services.
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, orientation to the consumer of services and his informing, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, management of activities.
Experience in the presence of higher or postgraduate education is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of the competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition, is the basis for the suspension of the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the received complaint.
