On August 23, 2026, elections of deputies of the Kurultay of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held.
Each citizen has the right to check the data about himself in the voter lists fifteen days before voting day or from August 7, 2026 in the premises of election commissions at his place of residence.
At polling stations formed in military units, remote and hard-to-reach areas, in rest homes, in sanatorium-resort organizations, in organizations with continuously operating production, in places of labor organization on a rotational basis, special institutions that provide temporary isolation from society, at foreign missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign countries, voters can familiarize themselves with the lists five days before voting day or from August 17, 2026.
In case of non-inclusion, incorrect inclusion or exclusion from the list, as well as an assumption of inaccuracy, a citizen has the right to submit an application to the election commission about the need to correct the data in the voter lists.
Correction or inclusion in the list is made by the election commission immediately. If the application is rejected, the election commission immediately gives the citizen a copy of the reasoned decision to reject his application. The decision can be appealed in court at the location of the election commission, the court considers the complaint on the day it is received.
