Job title:
Chief specialist of the unified personnel management service (HR service) of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Zhaksyn district of Akmola region", category "E-4", 1 unit (for the period of parental leave of the main employee until October 7, 2027, the main employee has the right to return to work before the expiration of this period).
Main functional responsibilities: Organizes the annual assessment of the activities of civil servants, maintains and ensures the complete and proper state of accounting documentation for personnel work. Monitors the referral of civil servants to retraining and advanced training courses.
Prepares regulations on the appointment, transfer, dismissal and provision of regular labor leaves of civil servants, orders on business trips. Maintains time sheets. Keeps track of personal data of civil servants of local executive bodies integrated into the E-Kyzmet information system.
Compiles and submits reports to higher government bodies. Conducts work on issuing identification cards to administrative civil servants. Conducts office work for technical personnel. Performs other duties according to job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and vocational education is allowed if they have at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Model Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position of this category, in the field of business, management and law or educational sciences or arts and humanities or social sciences, journalism and information or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics or information and communication technologies or services or agriculture and bioresources.
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
Work experience with higher or postgraduate education is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received .
