Graduated from the Higher Border Command School of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1998; Graduated from the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2007; Completed advanced training courses at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022. Awarded the Order of Aibyn named after Baurzhan Momyshuly (Second Class), as well as departmental medals and breast badges. Holds the title of Honorary Border Guard.

Graduated from the Omsk Higher Combined Arms Command School in 1990; Graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000; Completed advanced training courses at the National Defense University of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021; Completed advanced training courses at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022. Awarded the Order of Kurmet, as well as jubilee and departmental medals. In 2024, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded the military rank of Major General.
