Biography
Graduated from the Omsk Higher Combined Arms Command School in 1990;
Graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000;
Completed advanced training courses at the National Defense University of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021;
Completed advanced training courses at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022.
Awarded the Order of Kurmet, as well as jubilee and departmental medals.
In 2024, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded the military rank of Major General.
From 1991 to 1998, served in law enforcement and special state bodies in operational and investigative positions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Investigative Committee, as well as in operational and senior positions within the National Security Committee and the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From 1998 to 2020, served in senior leadership positions within the National Security Committee and the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Since April 2020, serves as Deputy Director of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
