Biography
Graduated from the Almaty Higher Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1994;
Graduated from the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2007.
Awarded departmental and jubilee medals.
Holds the title of Honorary Border Guard.
From 1994 to 2007, served in officer positions within the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From 2007 to 2024, served in senior leadership positions within the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Since August 2024, serves as Deputy Director of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
