Takiev Madi was born on April 1, 1978, in Bakanas village, Balkhash district, Almaty region. He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management in 1998 with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, and from the D. Kunaev Humanitarian University in 2005 with a degree in Law. In 2011, he received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of International Business. He is married and has three sons. State awards include “Yeren yenbegi ushin”, the Order of “Kurmet”, as well as commemorative medals and departmental awards.
