Biography
Born on April 1, 1980 in Almaty.
In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages. Abylai Khan, graduated with a Master's degree in Regional Studies in 2003.
Worked in 2001 - 2002 as a lecturer at the Department of International Tourism Management of the Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages;
2008 - 2011 - Expert of the Department of Interparliamentary Relations and International Cooperation of the Office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Acting Assistant to the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2011 - 2013 - Attache, Third Secretary of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations, Geneva;
2013 - 2019 - Deputy Head, Head of the Secretariat of the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2019-2021 - Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From May 2021 to January 2022, he worked as Deputy Managing Director of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In January 2022, he was appointed Managing Director of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On February 6, 2024, by Decree of the Head of State, he was appointed Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds the diplomatic rank of Adviser of the II class. He was awarded the Order of "Kurmet", the medal "Yeren yenbegi ushin".
