In 1999, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of transport and communication with a degree in "Organization of transportation by rail". In 2003, he graduated from the L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in finance and financial law. He has Jubilee medals "10 years of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - 17.01.2006, medal "25 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" - 28.08.2020, medal "Eren enbegi ushin" - 09.12.2013.

    Askhat Oralov was born on February 10, 1990, in the city of Aksu, Pavlodar Region. He received his higher education at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, graduating in 2012 and 2014. In 2014, he continued his studies at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He holds qualifications as a translator, a Master of Humanities, and a Master of International Relations, as well as a PhD degree. He was awarded the "Kurmet" Order in 2022 and the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2018.
