About the Сonstitutional Court
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan ensures the supremacy of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In exercising its powers, the Constitutional Court is autonomous and independent of citizens, organizations, state bodies and officials, and is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
