Structure — Akim of the Abay region

The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Makanshy District of the Abay Region" is a state body that ensures the activities of the local executive body and the city akim in the information, analytical, organizational, legal and material and technical spheres. The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulations in accordance with current legislation, as well as these Regulations.

The State Institution "Akim's Office of Zhanasemei District, Abai Region" is a government body that ensures the functioning of the local executive authority and the district akim in the informational-analytical, organizational-legal, and material-technical spheres. The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the regulatory acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts in accordance with current legislation, as well as this Regulation.

Urdzhar district was formed in 1928. The territory of the district is 12.4 thousand square km. Тhe district center is rural Urdzhar has a population of 17 095. The distance of localities from the district center is between 5 and more than 100 km. The distance of the district center from the regional center is more than 500 km, to the nearest railway station in Ayaguz is more than 170 km. The administrative-territorial structure of Urdzhar district includes 16 rural district with 35 localities. In terms of natural and climatic conditions, Urdzhar district is a unique region. It is bordered by steppe and mountain-taiga landscapes. The transport complex of the district includes the following types of communication: automobile and air.
