Structure — Akim of the Abay region

The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Makanshy District of the Abay Region" is a state body that ensures the activities of the local executive body and the city akim in the information, analytical, organizational, legal and material and technical spheres. The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulations in accordance with current legislation, as well as these Regulations.

Ayagoz district is located in the southwestern part of the Abay region, in the southeast of Saryarka. The territory of the district is 49.6 thousand km² (1st place in the Abay region and 3rd in the country). In the east, the Ayagoz district borders on the Tarbagatai district, in the north - on the Abay and Zharma districts, in the south - on the Urdzhar district and on the Alakol district of the Zhetisu region, in the west - on the Aktogay district of the Karaganda region.

The State Institution "Akim's Office of Zhanasemei District, Abai Region" is a government body that ensures the functioning of the local executive authority and the district akim in the informational-analytical, organizational-legal, and material-technical spheres. The Akim's Office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the regulatory acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts in accordance with current legislation, as well as this Regulation.

Akim’s Office of Kokpekty district of Abai region is an executive and administrative agency performing information-analytical, organizational, legal and material-technical support of the activities of Akim and Akimat of the district. Akim’s Office of Kokpekty district is a legal entity, has seals and stamps with its name in the official language, letterheads of the established form, and the bank accounts in accordance with the legislation. Akim’s Office of the district enters into civil law relations on its own behalf. The founder of Akim’s Office of the district is the state represented by Akim of Kokpekty district.

The mayor’s office of Kurchatov city included into unified system of executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides the conduction of nation-wide policy of executive power in combination with interests and requirements of development of Kurchatov city. The composition of the mayor’s office is formed by mayor, mayor’s deputy, head of the city administration, heads of executive bodies financed from the local budget. The number of members of the mayor’s office is determined by the mayor. The personal composition of the mayor’s office is determined by the mayor and approved by the decision of the session of the Kurchatov city maslikhat. The activities of the mayor’s office are regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Regulations. Information-analytical, organizational-legal and material-technical support of the mayor’s office is provided by the office of the mayor of Kurchatov.

Urdzhar district was formed in 1928. The territory of the district is 12.4 thousand square km. Тhe district center is rural Urdzhar has a population of 17 095. The distance of localities from the district center is between 5 and more than 100 km. The distance of the district center from the regional center is more than 500 km, to the nearest railway station in Ayaguz is more than 170 km. The administrative-territorial structure of Urdzhar district includes 16 rural district with 35 localities. In terms of natural and climatic conditions, Urdzhar district is a unique region. It is bordered by steppe and mountain-taiga landscapes. The transport complex of the district includes the following types of communication: automobile and air.

The state institution "Office of the Akim of the city of Semey, Abai region" is a state body that ensures the activities of the local executive body and the akim of the city in the information and analytical, organizational, legal and logistical spheres.The Akim's office carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulations in accordance with the current legislation, as well as this Regulation.

State institution "Akim of Abay district East Kazakhstan region" (further – akim) is the government body that ensures the activities of the local Executive body and akim of the district in the information – analytical, organizational – legal and material-technical sphere.The office of the mayor carries out its activities in accordance with the current legislation in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulations, as well as this Regulation.

Akim’s Office of Zharma district of Abay region is an executive and administrative agency providing informational, analytical, organizational, legal and material-technical support of the activities of Akim and Akimat of the district. Akim’s Office of the district is a legal entity, has seals and stamps with its name in the official language, letterheads of the established form, and also bank accounts in accordance with the legislation. Akim’s Office of the district enters civil law relations on its own behalf. The founder of Akim’s Office of the district is the state represented by Akim of the district.
