Akim of the Abai region
Born in 1977 in Semipalatinsk Region. Graduated from T. Zhurgenov Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinema with a degree in Film Studies, from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a master's degree in Journalism, and from Kazakh Innovative University of Humanities and Law with a degree in Law.

Over the years, he has held various positions in the public sector. He began as the Chief Specialist of the Economics Department in the village of Sholakkorgan, Sozak district, South Kazakhstan region. He then served as Head of the Economics and Small Business Support Department, Deputy Head of the Entrepreneurship Support Department of South Kazakhstan region, and Head of the Economics and Budget Planning Department. He later held senior administrative roles, including Deputy Akim of both South Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions, as well as Deputy Akim and First Deputy Akim of Shymkent city. Before his current appointment, he worked in the business sector. On April 2, 2025, he was appointed First Deputy Akim of the Abai region.
