Biography
Special rank – Colonel of Justice.
Education – higher. Graduated from Kazakh State Agrarian University in 1996, and from the Law Institute of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2003.
From 1997 to 1998, he was on duty assistant to the head of the department of the SLPU of the UIS of the Department of Internal Affairs of the North Kazakhstan region.
From 1998 to 1999, Deputy Head of the colony for General Issues of the EС-164/9 Institution, then Deputy head of the colony for general issues of the EС-164/8 UIS Institution at the Department of Internal Affairs of the North Kazakhstan region.
From 1999 to 2001, Head of the Branch №6 of the DGP "Enbek — Kyzylzhar" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2002 to 2004, Deputy head of the colony for general issues and organization of labor of convicts of the EС-164/6 UKUIS Institution in the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2005 to 2011, Deputy Head of the pre-trial detention center for the regime and protection of the EС-164/1 UKUIS Institution in the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2011 to 2014, he was the head of the EС-164/9 DUIS Institution for the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2014 to 2016, he was the head of the EС-164/3 DUIS Institution in the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2016 to 2019, Deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Justice in the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2019, he was the head of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System in the Kyzylorda region.
From 2019 to 2024, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Kyzylorda region.
From September 2024 to the present, he has been the Head of the Department of criminally-executive system in the North Kazakhstan region.
