Education – higher. Graduated from Tselinograd Agricultural Institute in 1996, Karaganda University named after Academician E. A. Buketov in 2000, and International Taraz Innovative Institute named after Sh. Murtaza in 2021.

In 2024, he was awarded the medal "For Military Valor."

In 1996, he began his service in the internal affairs bodies as an operative officer in the division for combating theft and hijacking of vehicles in Akmola.

From 1998 to 2000, he served as operative officer and senior operative officer in the Criminal Investigation Department of the Almaty District, Department of Internal Affairs, Astana.

In 2001, he was Senior Operative Officer in the Department for the Investigation of Property Crimes, Criminal Investigation Directorate, Department of Internal Affairs, Astana.

From 2001 to 2003, he held various positions in the Department for the Investigation of Property Crimes, Criminal Police Directorate, Astana.

In 2003, he was Head of the Operational and Investigative Unit of the Criminal Investigation Service, Department of Internal Affairs, Astana.

From 2003 to 2004, he served as Head of the Criminal Police Department, Saryarka District Department of Internal Affairs.

From 2004 to 2008, he held various positions in the Criminal Police Directorate, Department of Internal Affairs, Astana.

From 2008 to 2009, he served as Senior Operative Officer for Special Cases in the Department of Operational Development and Special Events, Directorate for Organizing Operational Work, Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2009 to 2014, he held managerial positions in the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, Department of Internal Affairs, Astana.

From 2014 to 2015, he served as Senior Operative Officer and Head of the Department for Combating Criminal Encroachments on Cargo, Criminal Police Directorate, Department of Internal Affairs on Transport.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as Senior Operative Officer for Special Cases, Directorate for Organizing the Investigation of Crimes Against Persons, Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2018 to 2021, he held managerial positions in the Almaty District Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Internal Affairs, Astana, as well as in the Police Directorate and Criminal Police Directorate, Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

From 2021 to 2024, he served as Deputy Head of the Police Department of West Kazakhstan Region.

In 2025, he served as Deputy Head of the Department of Criminally-Executive System for Shymkent City and Turkestan Region.

Since April 2026 to the present, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
