Education – higher. Graduated from Pavlodar Legal College of the Criminally-Executive System under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2007, and from Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati in 2011.

In 2007, he began his service in the internal affairs bodies as Head of the Unit in the Educational Work Department for Convicts at Institution EЦ-166/10 of the Criminally-Executive System in Astana.

In 2010, he served as a Specialist-Inspector for checking and delivering letters in the Operational Department of Institution EЦ-166/5, and as a Specialist-Inspector of the Criminally-Executive Inspection of the Saryarka District of Astana under the Department of Criminally-Executive System.

In 2011, he served as Senior Inspector of the Regime and Security Department at Institution EЦ-166/1 under the Department of Criminally-Executive System in Astana.

From 2012 to 2013, he was Deputy Head and Head of the Regime and Security Department at Institution EЦ-166/1 under the Department of Criminally-Executive System in Astana.

From 2013 to 2018, he served as Deputy Head and Head of the Investigation Isolation Unit at Institution EЦ- 166/1 under the Department of Criminally-Executive System in Astana.

From 2018 to 2022, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in Nur-Sultan.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Senior Operative Officer of the Operational Department under the Department of Criminally-Executive System in Zhambyl Region.

From 2024 to 2026, he was Head of Institution No. 61 under the Department of Criminally-Executive System for Karaganda and Ulytau Regions.

Since April 2026 to the present, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Criminally-Executive System in the North Kazakhstan Region.
