Head of the Department of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangystau region
Biography
Born on October 13, 1983 in Almaty, Kazakh nationality.
He graduated from the Almaty law Academy of the Kazakh humanitarian law University with a degree in law, and from the Kazakhstan engineering and economic University with a degree in Economics.
He started his career in 2007 in the Department of the Committee on legal statistics and special accounts of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Almaty region in various positions: senior Prosecutor of the Zhambyl district, Prosecutor for supervision of legality in the field of legal statistics and special accounts.
In 2010, he served as an assistant to the Semirechinsk transport Prosecutor, then as an assistant to the Zhambyl transport Prosecutor,
In 2010-2012, he served as an assistant to the Zhambyl transport Prosecutor in the Main transport Prosecutor's office.
In 2013-2014, he worked as an assistant commander of the military unit No. 6656 Of the national guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014-2017, he was called up for military service under a contract as an officer. Head of the legal service-assistant to the commander of the unit for legal work
From 2017 to 2019–head of Department of investigation of violations of the Antimonopoly legislation on commodity markets of the Department of Committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of competition and consumers rights Ministry of national economy of Kazakhstan Mangistau region.
From June until September 2019, head of Department of control over observance of the legislation and the limitation of the Department of Committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of competition and consumers rights Ministry of national economy of Kazakhstan Mangistau region.
Since December 2019, he has been the head of The Department Of the Committee for the protection and development of competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangistau region.
Since July 22, 2020, he has been acting as the head of The Department Of the Committee for the protection and development of competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangistau region.
From October 14, 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy head, and from October 30, 2020, Head of the Department of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangystau region.
