Biography
Aigul Nabiyeva was born in 1974.
In 1993, she graduated from the Akmola Financial and Economic Technical School with a degree in Finance. In 1997, she graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2020, she graduated from Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov with a Master's degree in Business and Management.
From 1993 to 1996 - Senior Economist for Financing of the Administration of the Balykshу District Financial Department of Atyrau.
From 1996 to 2002, he was a leading economist in the Department of Revenue Forecasting and Non-production Financing of the Atyrau Regional Financial Department.
From 2002 to 2004 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Tax and Non-tax Payments of the Atyrau Regional Financial Department.
From 2004 to 2008 – Chief Specialist-Chief Treasurer of the Budget Execution Department of the Treasury Department in Atyrau region.
From 2008 to 2017 – the chief specialist of Department on regulation of natural monopolies and prices Department of Committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of competition and consumers rights Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region.
From 2017 to 2019 - Head of the Department for Investigation of Violations of Antimonopoly legislation in the commodity Markets of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region.
From June 2019 to August 2019 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region.
From August 2019 to December 2020 – Acting Head of the Department of the Committee for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region.
Since December 2020 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency for protection and development of competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region.
