Kamelev Ermek Zhenisovich was born on 02.09.1967 in the city of Karaganda.In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Consumer Cooperation with a degree in Economics and Accounting.

Assistant sanitary inspector for municipal sanitation and epidemiological service of the Leninsky district of Karaganda (1989-1992);

Worked in senior positions at the enterprises of the city of Karaganda (1992-1997);

Tax inspector, head of the recovery sector, chief tax inspector of the recovery department, head of the audit department of the Tax Committee for the Soviet district of the city of Karaganda (1997-2002);

Head of Department of audit of legal entities of the audit management of Tax Committee in Almaty, the Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee in Almaty. (2002-2005);

Financial Director of LLP "Production company Alma Desing" (2005-2009);

Head of Department of monitoring and analysis of commodity markets for Almaty region and Almaty city of Kazakhstan Agency for competition protection (Antimonopoly Agency), Deputy head of the Interregional Inspectorate of Agency of RK for competition protection (Antimonopoly Agency) on Almaty oblast and Almaty (2009-2011);
