Biography

He graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute in 1984 and from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in 1993.
From 1986 to 1997, he served in the Department of Internal Affairs of Karaganda.
From 1997 to 2009, he worked in senior positions in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Karaganda region.
From 2009 to 2019, the Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2020 - Chief of Staff-Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2022 - Head of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since October 2022 - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awarded the Order of «Даңқ» I degree (2022) II degree (2017).
