Biography
The special rank is police colonel.
Graduated from Karaganda State Technical University in 1997, and from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University in 2002
From 1998 to 2002, he served in the internal affairs units of the Karaganda region.
Since 2002, he has held various positions (including operational ones ) in the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2011, he has worked in senior positions in the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from Deputy head of the Department to Deputy head of the Department.
In 2023-2025, he will serve as Acting First Deputy Chairman of the Ministry of Internal Affairs CPS.
Since February 2025 - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Chairman of the Committee of the Penitentiary System.
