From 1999 to 2009, he served in the regional police units of the Almaty region.
From 2009 to 2019, he worked in managerial positions in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs.
Since 2019 to 2021 – Head of the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Since 2021 to 2024 – Head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after M. Esbulatov.
Since January 2024 – Deputy мinister of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the state award of the «Yerligi Ushin» medal (2020). Master of sports in shooting from service weapons.
