Biography
Was born on January 15, 1985 in the Republic of Turkmenistan. In 2008 he graduated from Aktau State University named after Sh. Yessenov with a degree in law.
He began his career in 2008-2011 as a bailiff of the Oil Territorial Department.
From 2011 to 2012 he worked as a chief specialist in the state institution "Interregional Inspectorate for Atyrau and Mangistau regions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In 2013-2015 he worked as a head of the department in the state institution "Territorial Land Inspectorate of Mangistau region of the Committee for Land Management of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
In 2015-2019, he held the position of Deputy Head of the State Institution "Management for Control over Land Use and Protection of Mangistau region."
In 2019, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Town Planning and Defense Control of Mangistau region.
From 2020 to 2021 he worked as an acting head of the department in the public institution "Department of Land Relations of Munaily district."
On September 13, 2021 he was appointed head of the department of land relations of Munaily district.
