Biography
Sungat Shynar Sungatovna was born on September 25, 1982 in the village of Kuryk, Karakiya district, Mangistau region. Higher education. In 2003 he graduated from Aktau State University named after Sh. Yessenov with a degree in Economics and Law. In 2016 he entered the Mangistau Humanitarian and Technical University and in 2018 graduated from the Kazakhstan Maritime University with a degree in finance.
She began his career in July 2003 as an economist at Turantechnology LLP.
In September 2003, she was hired as a leading specialist in the public institution "Department of Communal Property Management of Mangistau region."
In 2005, the Department of Municipal Property Management of Mangistau Oblast was merged and reorganized into the Department of Finance of Mangistau Oblast. From 2005 to 2008 he worked as a chief specialist in this institution.
From 2008 to 2012 she was the head of the analysis of liabilities and budget revenues of the Department of Finance of Mangistau region.
Since July 2012, she has been the Head of the Internal Control Department of the Finance Department.
