Biography
Kesikbaeva Raushan Kadyrbergenovna was born on November 29, 1981 in the Akaltyn district of the Syrdarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2004 to 2008, he studied at the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications and received the qualification of "customs specialist". In 2020, he graduated from Syrdarya University and received a degree in Jurisprudence.
Since 2007, he worked as a clerk, chief specialist, and head of sector in the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Munaylinsky District". Currently, he is the deputy head of the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Munaylinsky District".
