Biography
Tulegenov Zhagypar Asanovich was born in 1965 in the Karmakshy district of the Kyzylorda region.
In 1991 he graduated from the Almaty Veterinary Institute with a degree in Zooengineer.
In 1982-1983 he worked at the Oktyabrsky state farm, now in the Irkul rural district as a construction team worker.
1991-1992 - Senior livestock technician, specialist in trade and commercial work of the Karmaksha agro-industrial association;
1993-1996 - Chief Specialist for Planning, Analysis of the Karmakshy District Department of Agriculture;
2003-2004 - worker in Kazakh secondary school No. 121;
2006-2007 - instructor of the Karmakshy district department of agriculture;
2007-2010 - Chief Specialist of the Karmakshy District Department of Agriculture;
2010 - leading specialist of the Karmakshy district department of agriculture;
2011 - veterinary doctor of Karmakshyvetservice LLP;
2012 -2015 - Chief Specialist of the Karmakshy District Department of Veterinary Medicine;
2015-2016 chief specialist of the sector of organization of antiepizootic measures of Karmakshy district department of veterinary science;
2016-2017 - Head of the sector for the organization of anti-epizootic measures of the Karmakshy district department of veterinary medicine;
2017-2018 Chief Specialist of the Karmakshy District Department of Agriculture;
From 2018 to the present, he served as the head of the sector of the Karmakshy district department of agriculture.
