Bilzhanov Alimbai Makhmutovich

Bilzhanov Alimbay Makhmutovich was born in 1961 in the Karmakshy district of the Kyzylorda region.

In 1978-1983 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineer.

In 1983-1984 he worked as a worker in the Goskomselkhoz Technika association.

1984-1986 - head of the car garage of the state farm Zhosaly;

1986-1988 - specialist of the transport and transportation group in the agro-industrial committee of Kyzylorda;

1988 - specialist of the transport and railway transport group in the industrial association "Kyzylorda agro-industry";

1989 - engineer of the II category in the industrial association "Kyzylorda agro-industry";

1989-1990 - mechanic at the state farm Zhosaly;

1990-1996 - Chief Engineer of the state farm Zhosaly;

1996-2006 - safety engineer of the Oktyabrsky state farm;

2007-2017 - Akim of the Irkol rural district;

From 2017 to the present, he served as akim of the Karmakshy rural district.
