Efenov Rustam Saktaganuly

Rustam Saktaganovich was born in 1980 in the village of Zhosaly, Karmakshinsky district. In 2003, he graduated from Turan University with a degree in Lawyer.

From 2004 to 2006 he worked as a specialist in the Karmakshy district department of education.
2006-2008 - Leading Specialist of the Karmakshy District Department of Employment and Social Programs;
2008 - chief specialist of the Karmakshy district department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and roads;
2008-2010 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Organizational, Inspection and Personnel Work of the Akim's Office of the Karmakshy District;
2010-2011 - Chief Inspector of the Department of Organizational, Inspection and Personnel Work of the Akim's Office of the Karmakshy District;
2011-2013 - Chief Inspector of the Department of State Legal Work of the Akim's Office of the Karmakshy District;
2013 -2016 - Chief Inspector of the Department of Organizational and Organizational Work of the Akim's Office of the Karmakshy District;
From 2016 to 2018, he served as head of the terrorism prevention, mobilization training, civil and territorial defense department of the akim of the Karmaksha district.
