Yeleusinov Galymzhan Tazhmagambetovich - was born in 1963 in Karmakshi district of Kyzylorda region. In 1985 he graduated from the Dzhambul Hydro-Reclamation Construction Institute with a degree in Civil Engineer. In 2001, he graduated from the Institute of Distance Education of the MESI of the Russian Federation with a degree in Law.
