Khlebnikov Alexander Konstantinovich

Khlebnikov Alexander Konstantinovich was born on December 6, 1963 in the village of Arshala, Denisovsky district, Kostanay region.
In 1981 he graduated from Arshali High School.
From 1982 to 1984 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
In 1986 he graduated from the Kostanay industrial - pedagogical
technical school, specialty master of industrial training, agricultural mechanic.

In 1992 he graduated from the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute. 50 years of the USSR

technical disciplines and labor.
